![]() If they don't agree with the exclusivity at all, then they should not buy the game in the first place, but too many people complain and then do buy the game nonetheless. With EGL, it is at least only a timed exlusivity and most people have more than enough game sin their library to wait it out. If you look on Origins and Uplay, the Bethesda Launcher and Rocketstar Launcher, how long have these been around? With EGL being introduced, people cry about that one, but are completely fine with having all these other launchers? I myself haven't played any exlusive from those launchers and I was devastated (not really) when I found out that a lot of my games on my playlist are exlusives, requiring some additional launcher and account or aren't even available through Steam. ![]() When the Epic Games Launcher (EGL) was introduced, I kind of understood the outcry, especially about the exclusivity because it meant waiting longer for a game of a usually presumed greed of pusblisher and/or developer, however, at this point, it is getting ridiculous with people straightup hating against publishers and developers. Some idiots do however love their segregation and will religiously cling to that little mouse icon for all their worth. Someone then decides that buying on a different store somehow invalidates comments about the gameplay then the issue is theirs. Fibble:If I'm posting about a game I don't own on steam I'll usually mention the version I use which is usually over on GOG. ![]()
